Roleho Partners today announces the launch of Reno Group, a new Finnish renovation group bringing together four established companies: Concrete Urakointi, Remonttitalo, LHE Rakennus and Peeta Korjausrakentaminen. Built around a decentralized operating model, Reno Group combines strong local companies with the resources and capabilities of a larger group.
Roleho Partners has been active in the Finnish renovation market since 2025, developing its understanding of the sector and identifying companies that share a common approach to quality, customer relationships and long-term development.
The result is Reno Group – a group of four established renovation companies with complementary capabilities and strong positions in their respective local markets.
Concrete Urakointi Oy, Remonttitalo Oy, LHE Rakennus Oy and Peeta Korjausrakentaminen Oy together provide a broad range of renovation services, including façade and balcony renovations, roofing, pipe renovations, commercial space refurbishments, parking facilities and other demanding renovation projects.

Local entrepreneurship at the heart of the model
Reno Group will operate through a decentralized model. The companies will continue under their existing names and management, with responsibility for customers, projects and day-to-day operations remaining within the local businesses.
The role of Reno Group is to support the companies in taking the next growth step. As part of a larger group, the companies gain access to additional resources and capabilities in areas such as finance, business development, procurement, recruitment and technology, while retaining the local identities, customer relationships and entrepreneurial cultures that have made them successful.
The Group will focus primarily on Finland, where the long-term need for renovation is supported by an ageing building stock and the continuous requirement to maintain, improve and modernize existing properties.
Reno Group intends to grow both by developing its existing companies and by welcoming additional high-quality renovation businesses to the Group over time.
New management team to lead Reno Group
As part of the launch, Reno Group has appointed a new management team to lead the Group’s continued development. Arto Nieminen has been appointed CEO and Jukka Hult CFO of Reno Group. Together with Chairman Arjo Laukia, they will lead the Group through its next phase of development and growth.

Concrete Urakointi is a renovation company operating primarily in Helsinki and the Uusimaa region, as well as in nearby regions. The company specializes in façade, roofing and balcony renovations as well as other refurbishment projects, including commercial and industrial properties
Concrete acts as the main contractor in its projects and has built its operations around quality, reliability and close cooperation with customers and partners.
Remonttitalo Oy
Founded in 1976, Remonttitalo is an established renovation company operating in the Pirkanmaa region. The company specializes in façade and balcony renovations for apartment buildings, terraced houses and other properties. Its operations are supported by its own experienced site management, employees and equipment, together with an established network of subcontractors.
LHE Rakennus Oy
Founded in 1979, LHE Rakennus is an experienced renovation company based in Lahti and operating primarily in Päijät-Häme and Kymenlaakso. The company acts as a main contractor for housing companies, businesses and public-sector customers and specializes in demanding renovation projects including façade renovations, roofing, balconies and refurbishment of stairwells.
Peeta Korjausrakentaminen Oy
Peeta Korjausrakentaminen is a specialist renovation company focused on pipe renovations and related refurbishment projects for housing companies. The company’s expertise covers comprehensive pipe renovation projects as well as associated bathroom, kitchen and domestic water renovations. Peeta’s operating model emphasizes experienced professionals, strong project management and minimizing disruption to residents throughout the renovation process.
